HOUSING OPPORTUNITY #1- Waiting List Open for Seniors (62+) Housing in Walnut Creek
The waiting list for 1-bedroom units at Montego Place opens on May 6, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on May 20, 2026.
Montego Place is a 33-unit affordable housing development. The site is ideal for a senior development due to its proximity to services, shopping, public transit, and to SAHAโs existing senior community located next door, Casa Montego.
Head of household must be 62 years or older at the time of application.

HOUSING OPPORTUNITY #2- Legacy Outreach Transitional Housing/Sober Living Environment
Location: Concord, CA - close to Treat and Cowell bus stop.
Housing Type: Structured transitional housing for women
Population Served:
Women transitioning from homelessness
Women reentering the community
Recovery-focused/sober living support
Women seeking stable transitional housing
Funding:
We may be able to accommodate self-pay, SSI/SSDI, county-supported placements, and other approved third-party funding sources depending on the situation.

Eligibility:
Must be willing to comply with house rules and shared living expectations
