Registration for the fall and spring season for 6u-15u will end on 8/2. Registrations that have not been completed by Sunday @ 5pm will be released and additional invites will be sent to waiting list participants (if there are additional spots).

We are still in need of at least 1 additional head coach for the 6u and 10u divisions to avoid any registration cancellations. Please consider volunteering through Sports Connect, or reach out to [email protected] for additional information.

In-person coaching and referee certification will be offered at Memphis Elementary on 8/22. Registration must be completed on SportsConnect, under AYSOU>Training Event. After selecting the date on the calander the classes can be found under Region 955.

In-person classes are required for all referee positions, as well as head coaches for 10u and higher. The 12u coaching certification can be used for 10u as well (and you don't need to take the classes twice).

Early Bird Registration ends on July 12th. We will definately have more players looking to sign up, however, we have a critical shortage of volunteer coaches and referees!

Our current head coach count is as follows;

6u: 0 volunteer coaches (4 needed)
8u: 0 volunteer coaches (5-6 needed)
10u: 0 volunteer coaches (4-5 needed)
12u: 1 volunteer coach (2-3 needed)
15uB: 0 volunteer coaches (1-2 needed)
15uG: 0 volunteer coaches (1-2 needed)
19uG: 2 volunteer coaches - all set!
19uB: 1 pending (1-2 needed)

We are also in need of volunteer referees, espcially in our 10u and 12u divisions. Coaching certification is 100% online for 6u-8u, with 10u and up requiring an additional in-person class. There will be a certification class for coaches and referees offered at Memphis Elementary on August 22nd (more detail to be posted over the weekend).

Head coaches and referees will be offered heavily discounted registration, or buy-backs, for the current 2026/2027 season. Due to the current shortage of head coaches there will be waitlists immediately implimented in some divisions until we have additional coaches to guarantee teams.

Calling all coaches and volunteers! Get ready for the season with Coach and Refree Training Courses hosted by New Balitomore AYSO on Sunday, June 7th at Northside Church!

Classes can be signed up fro under region 195 on the Training Calander in Sports Connect (for those registered for our region).

✅ 10U Field Training — 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
📌 IMPORTANT: The required online training must be completed BEFORE attending the in-person field session.

✅ 12U Coach Course (Online + In-Person) — 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
📌 IMPORTANT: The online portion must be completed BEFORE attending the in-person course.

✅ Intermediate Coach Course / 14U (Online + In-Person) — 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
📌 IMPORTANT: The online portion must be completed BEFORE attending the in-person course.

🟡 Regional Referee Training (Online + In-Person Companion Course) — Starts at 1:00 PM

We are limited on roster space, and waitling lists may be enacted until we have additional volunteers. Discounts and registration fee buybacks are available for most volunteer positions.
