This is what I'm doing and will do to prevent the Coronavirus infection

The Coronavirus infection is not only spreading throughout the US and the world but is now affecting work, recreation and social activities of many people and organizations.
Although all the science with regard to this virus is not known, what is known is that of those exposed the people who most suffer (or potentially die) from this infection are the aged (above 70) and those with compromised health and weak immune systems.
Consequently, it is imperative that even if exposed to this virus or any other virus if you optimize your health and immune system you will minimize the chances of acquiring the actual disease.
Even though everyone is slightly different (different genetics and body make-up), you may find value in what I personally do to help you develop your individualized program to prevent coronavirus illness or other infection initiated illness as explained.
1. It is critical to build up your microbiome (aka probiotic population in the gut, sinuses, mouth and on other mucous membranes). I do this with probiotic supplements (billions of microorganisms) and fermented vegetables. I continually consume Sauerkraut. This is critical if you recently used antibiotics
2. Anti-inflammatories such as Tumeric, Resveratrol and other natural anti-inflammatories. I take raw Tumeric and ginger in water plus lots of Resveratrol
3. I continually detoxify with products such as Chlorella and Cilantro. The body is stronger in fighting viruses when not dealing with toxins. Resolve constipation as a toxic colon is a huge source of body toxins
4. Liver health- the liver is critical and I use liver detoxification and juices to clean my liver. Celery juice is effective at cleaning the liver
5. I take Oils (Olive, Coconut, DHA and EPA) to help all cells and the brain function efficiently. The brain is critical to fight off infections
6. L- Lysine and Olive Leaf extract help me kill viruses
7. I watch what I eat. Digestive enzymes, minimal sugar, more vegetables, less processed foods, easily absorbed protein powder and little to no alcohol are my guidelines. Meat is difficult to digest and takes energy away from the immune system. I personally do not eat red meat or chicken but consume seafood and eggs
8. I make sure to get plenty of deep, rehabilitating sleep. Sleep should be enough deep sleep for a strong, healthy body. Sleep apnea and /or snoring deprives the body of oxygen which will promote the proliferation of infections
9. Supplements- I take lots of supplements to make certain I get all the tools my body needs to have a healthy body with a strong immune system. Zinc, Magnesium, Antioxidants (OPC3 is amazing), minerals, Nitric Oxide, Vit D and more
10. I take immune building mushrooms- Lions Mane, Reishi, Cordicepts, Chaga or their extracts
11. Vitamins A (25,000 IU to 100,000 IU or more if I would get the Coronavirus illness), C (3-5 grams daily), D3 (up to 5000 IU for adults)- I take these vitamins regularly
12. I take Selenium (Selenomethionine) and other minerals (fulvic and humec minerals in water) to alkalinize my body
13. Transfer factor if I get exposure or during flu season. This will build the immune system
14. I use the amazing Bemer ( https://youtu.be/MZUvZ-3wO1A) technology daily which improves blood flow to all cells and when placed over the Thymus (T immune cells) dramatically strengthens my immune system
15. I attempt to reduce stress as much as possible
If I should catch the Coronavirus and resulting illness I would use Intravenous Vitamin C (up to 100 grams at a time), use my genetic test to precisely guide my body’s needs and also use Ozone Therapy. Ozone is like a laser to kill viruses and other pathologic microbes while leaving my body’s healthy cells alone.
These 3 powerful strategies and therapies quickly and effectively kill the viruses and quickly push me back to health. However, prevention is the key.
