We’re excited to see our very own program director at EKU Paramedic Degree Program part of FOAMfrat!

We have exciting news!! David Fifer has began production to add an entire module in the FOAMFrat paramedic refresher covering specific aspects of Wilderness Medicine.

Release date coming soon!

David is a full time Paramedic Professor at Eastern Kentucky University and a Wilderness Paramedic at Red STAR - Red River Gorge Special Treatment, Access and Rescue.

The FOAMfrat and FlightBridge ED team are very excited to have this fascinating outlet of pre-hospital medicine delivered by an expert in the field.

Tonight, some of our members helped out the future EMTs practice their skill exams for Saturday. With many of our members understanding the stress NREMT testing brings, we wish the best of luck to the students. It’s one of our goals to help the future EMTs and Paramedics succeed in this profession. Afterwards during our ASPP meeting our Treasure Trey Boothe held a presentation on ECMO. This is a great close to our semester!

Thanks to EKU Paramedic Degree Program for inviting our members to help and their continued support.
