Join us for Spring into Wellness, a free preventive screening and resource event to help you stay healthy and catch potential concerns early.

📅 Thursday, May 21
⏰ 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
📍 Central United Methodist Church, 1425 E. Main St. in Richmond

This event is about prevention, education, and support. The wellness event is open to everyone age 18 and older. No appointment or ID required. Just stop in when it’s convenient for you!

✔️Free screenings for cholesterol, blood pressure, glucose, and vision.
✔️ Community resources for mental health, nutrition, dental health, vaccines, and to***co and va**ng prevention and cessation.

The first 100 participants to complete screenings will receive a free boxed lunch from Downtown Deli, plus a wellness and hygiene bag.

The event is hosted by Reid Health Community Health & Engagement in partnership with the Neighborhood Health Center, Richmond Lions Club, and the Wayne County Health Department.
