🚨 TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Caltrans has indefinitely closed the southbound direction of the Appian Way Over Crossing in Contra Costa County for a detailed inspection. Additionally, one lane on the westbound I-80 Appian Way off-ramp is closed, and left turns from westbound I-80 are currently not permitted.

Nothing beats the peak era of the American mall. Christmas at Hilltop Mall back in 1977 was a whole vibe. The red carpet, the holiday decor, and that famous solar cantana sculpture in the background!

We all can agree on one thing: we need Hilltop revitalized and to become another worthy destination to visit for locals and outsiders. From shopping to dining and bringing economic revenue to the city of Richmond.

Who else spent their childhood winters hanging out here?
