Thank you for supporting GENERATION DREAM XV for the past 14 years. We have co-sponsored this community healing event in February and our annual Teen Summit in April, since the beginning of the 21st century (2006 and 2005, respectively).

That’s historical right! To sustain this longstanding tradition of arts and activism, in honor of the legacy of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr, the Drums No Guns Foundation, Richmond Peace Education Center, and an amazing network of artists have agreed to work together again to lift up the voices of Young Kings in Action and Young Queens in Action, at our 15th annual edu~concert, on Thursday, February 29, 2024.

Last year (2023), we re-introduced Generation Dream with a performance at the Martin Luther King, Jr. middle school Black History Month program. This year we will participate once again in the school-wide program from 2-3 pm, for the staff and students. Then we will present an evening production for the public, featuring a potent blend of drumming, dance, drama, and design to celebrate the life of a warrior healer, drum major for peace and justice, and human rights leader, who sacrificed his life for freedom.
