The thing about silence is that some people mistake it for absence. Often times, the silence is space for ideas, growth, and rebirth, other times it is for grief, processing, and unlearning.

During the silence, we had to come together to make a tough decision to temporarily downsize the amount of services we can provide until we have the internal and external teams to provide flawless support to grieving families. We had to think of how we can still reach families across the world with this temporary situation.

We really enjoyed the grief support groups, but wanted to step outside of the box. Our Founder Kayla Gatto recently finished her B.S. of Psychology and became a certified Reiki Practitioner alongside her Trauma Informed CoaChing Technique. We are so proud of her growth! She brought the idea to us to resume our support meetings but wanted to make it something different.

We are so excited to present to you all a grief support group that not only provides the essential education needed to understand grief, but also provides free reiki and sound bowl sessions to promote a deeper soul healing. This is not a religious aspect and can be enjoyed by ALL walks of life. We will have specific details and flyers by 9/1/26.

Grief is unfair 💔💔. It is not linear. Honor your emotions and feelings. You don’t learn to get over your loss or make it better. You are changed forever. Instead, you learn how to live your new life with grief. It sounds sadder than it is. It is sad, but it’s also life-changing. And if you allow your loved one to guide you, your perspective can grow in unimaginable ways.

But today, we aren’t trying to grow with grief. Today, we honor feelings and love. Grief is love with no place to go 🩷🫶🏼🫂🫂🫂🫂
