Sugar Land Neon night ride this Saturday 6/6!
Meet up at the Town Square 8pm 💫

Join us for another glowing night through Sugar Land as we roll out with more lights, music, and great vibes! 💫 💫 💫

Meet up in Sugar Land Town Square on June 6 at 8 p.m. and come ready with your bike to cruise, chill, and light up the streets with the community.

🌃 Whether you’re a casual rider or just here for the atmosphere, this ride is all about fun, energy, and enjoying the night together.

🚓 SLPD will once again be helping support the ride to keep things safe along the route.

🚨 By joining the ride, participants acknowledge and assume all risks inherent to bicycling, including traffic, road/trail conditions, weather, and unforeseen hazards, and release the City from liability for any injury, damage, or loss. Riders are responsible for their own conduct and safety and must obey all traffic laws. Helmets required and bike lights are strongly encouraged.

Trail Update: 🛑 TRAILS CLOSED 🛑

- lots of downed trees we are working to get cleared

- lots of blockages we are working to get cleared

- standing/puddling water on most trails

- dirt is too soft & muddy especially the Texas clay.

We will need 4-5 days of full sun & wind for them to dry enough for wheels on dirt.

Due to the amount of rain and storms in the area, we are canceling event set up this afternoon.

📍 All tents, signs, feed zone, etc will be set up on Saturday morning starting at 8am

We appreciate your help and support as we do everything possible to have another safe and fun race weekend! 🚴🏼‍♀️🚴🏻🚴🏽‍♂️

YES, WE ARE RACING!!! 🚵🏼‍♀️🚵🏻🚵🏽‍♂️

The Friday rain will not keep us from racing this weekend at the 5th Annual Sugar Land Classic Mountain Bike Race! 🙌

It will be cyclocross style: grass, gravel, & pavement - there will be NO racing in the trails…

🚨 UNLESS by some miracle the rain misses the trails or we don’t get as much precipitation as forecasted. In which case, we would race IN the trails! 🚵🏻🚵🏼‍♀️🚵🏽‍♂️

One way or the other, both course designs are ready and we will race!

We want to see you this weekend! Bring friends, family, and fellow racers - we’re going to have a great time! 🎉🎉🎉

🚨🚨🚨 Volunteers needed for the Sugar Land Classic next weekend!

The 5th Annual Sugar Land Classic Mountain Bike Race is right around the corner and we need YOU on May 2nd & 3rd

It takes a strong crew to pull off an event this good. Right now, we’re calling on our MTB community to step up and help make race day run smoothly. 🎉🎉🎉

We need volunteers for:

• ‼️ Course marshaling ‼️

• Registration & check-in 📋

• Setup & breakdown 🗑️

• Event area & beer tent attendants

This race showcases everything we love about our trails and our community—and it simply doesn’t happen without volunteers! 🙌

If you’ve ever ridden these trails, cheered at an event, or said “someone should help with that”… this is your moment!!!
