🛑 I am currently holding interviews for several clinical roles here at ACE as we are transitioning the structure of our program to comply with state regulatory laws and recent changes in regulations.

I am holding interviews for the following position(s):
• Clinical Supervisor (Newport News)
• Clinical Supervisor (Norfolk)
• Clinical Supervisor (Richmond, Virginia)
• Clinical Supervisor (Richmond, Virginia)
• 1099- Contract Clinical Assessor
• 1099- Contract Crisis Outpatient Therapists

The Community-Based Clinical Supervisor position will be responsible for the daily oversight of QMHP’s case workers, who work directly with clients and service participants in the community. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the quality assurance of Clinical documentation, including Progress Notes, Clinical ISP, Legal documentation, Discharge Summary, and weekly live supervision of Crisis/Community-based cases. Clinical Supervisor at ACE, per the DBHDS regulatory statutes, state that Clinical Supervisors must be available for clinical supervision, guidance, and emergencies that arise, and agree to have 24/7 availability for assisting their QMHP with these matters on active cases.

This position for Clinical Supervisor for Community Based Programs offers a Full-Time Salaried Annual rate of $58,240 for LMHP-Types to include Residents and Supervisees at 40 hours per week and $62,400 for individuals currently holding an LMHP, 8 am- 4:30 pm including Full-time benefits, 401 K Matching, Pension, Sick Time, MH Days and Accrued PTO. We also offer our Residents, and Supervisees paid Supervision and Licensure Supervision opportunities directly through ACE through our contracted Licensure Supervisors. For Tidewater Clinical Supervisors, this also includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

This role is a dual in-office and work-from-home role. This includes 3 days in the office for documentation printing with ACE-provided resources and 2 work from home days for the purpose of checking documentation/completing clinical assessments if needed while we continue to grow the Tidewater Service locality. Additionally, after a 90-day evaluation, you will be evaluated based on performance for Full work-from-home privileges where the Clinical Supervisor will then be 95% remote. You are then required to report to the office 1x Weekly on Mondays for the Administration Meeting, as well as for Documentation Compliance (Supervision Logs and Print Supervision Notes). For the remainder of the week, as a Clinical supervisor, you should focus on your attention checking your caseload documentation and completing Individual supervision for QMHP and QMHP-Types on your caseload.

This position is remote where you will provide us with your daily/weekly assessment availability.

I've found that being available at the same time each day is helpful for the organization. Some assessors only have morning availability while some assessors only have evening availability. We provide assistance to Clinicians completing assessments between 8 am and 5 pm daily as the office team can assist with connecting the Assessor with the client.
