• 1099- Contract Crisis Outpatient Therapists
The Community-Based Clinical Supervisor position will be responsible for the daily oversight of QMHP’s case workers, who work directly with clients and service participants in the community. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the quality assurance of Clinical documentation, including Progress Notes, Clinical ISP, Legal documentation, Discharge Summary, and weekly live supervision of Crisis/Community-based cases. Clinical Supervisor at ACE, per the DBHDS regulatory statutes, state that Clinical Supervisors must be available for clinical supervision, guidance, and emergencies that arise, and agree to have 24/7 availability for assisting their QMHP with these matters on active cases.
This position for Clinical Supervisor for Community Based Programs offers a Full-Time Salaried Annual rate of $58,240 for LMHP-Types to include Residents and Supervisees at 40 hours per week and $62,400 for individuals currently holding an LMHP, 8 am- 4:30 pm including Full-time benefits, 401 K Matching, Pension, Sick Time, MH Days and Accrued PTO. We also offer our Residents, and Supervisees paid Supervision and Licensure Supervision opportunities directly through ACE through our contracted Licensure Supervisors. For Tidewater Clinical Supervisors, this also includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus.
This role is a dual in-office and work-from-home role. This includes 3 days in the office for documentation printing with ACE-provided resources and 2 work from home days for the purpose of checking documentation/completing clinical assessments if needed while we continue to grow the Tidewater Service locality. Additionally, after a 90-day evaluation, you will be evaluated based on performance for Full work-from-home privileges where the Clinical Supervisor will then be 95% remote. You are then required to report to the office 1x Weekly on Mondays for the Administration Meeting, as well as for Documentation Compliance (Supervision Logs and Print Supervision Notes). For the remainder of the week, as a Clinical supervisor, you should focus on your attention checking your caseload documentation and completing Individual supervision for QMHP and QMHP-Types on your caseload.
1099- Contract Clinical Assessor-
The 1099-Contract Clinical Assessor at ACE is a key role and important Pre-Screening role for our Community-based and Office-Based Crisis programs, including 23-hour Crisis Stabilization (CRC), Mobile Crisis Response Services, and Community Stabilization Services. This position is remote where you will provide us with your daily/weekly assessment availability.
I've found that being available at the same time each day is helpful for the organization. Some assessors only have morning availability while some assessors only have evening availability. We provide assistance to Clinicians completing assessments between 8 am and 5 pm daily as the office team can assist with connecting the Assessor with the client. However, it is the responsibility of the Evening assessors to ensure they are utilizing all resources to ensure they complete the assigned assessment. This may entail contacting the caseworker of that client directly.
You are responsible for attending the 1x Monthly Clinical Meeting in person or Virtually which is held the first Wednesday of each month from 3 pm - 5 pm. You are responsible for checking your Lauris daily to ensure you do not have any rejected documentation from the Director and ensure no interruptions in your Contract pay. You must attend Onboarding and Training to ensure you understand ACE's Clinical processes and procedures for completing Clinical Crisis Assessments. Clinical
Documentation for Crisis Assessment Include:
• General Crisis Assessment for Services
• C. E. P. P (Crisis Education Prevention Plan)
• Crisis Individualized Service Plan
This role is 1099/Contract where compensation is $125 per Clinical Assessment completed, and if a Continued Stay is requested, the compensation rate is $40 if you are in Resident/Supervisee status. If you are an LMHP, the compensation is $150-$200 per completed clinical assessment. Clinical Assessment Documentation and Continued Stay documentation are all due within 24 hours of assessing the client, or the request for Continued Stay.
Please note that payment will not be rendered to contractors who have completed all elements of the required documentation for Crisis Services, which will be checked before issuing payment.
The position is Remote where we utilize Microsoft and Lauris for the submission of Clinical documentation, and the Clinical Assessments are completed Virtually/Phone. You are only required to come into the office 1X monthly for the Monthly Clinical Team Meeting with the entire Clinical Team of ACE and the Clinical Director held on the 1st Wednesday of every month from 3-5 pm. This is compensated at the rate of $25.00 an hour. If you live outside of the 50.0-mile radius, then you are permitted to complete the Monthly Meeting Virtual via ACE's Microsoft Teams.
ACE utilizes Doxy.Me for HIPAA-protected Telehealth sessions. You are required to maintain your own Doxy.Me account, or an ACE Doxy.Me account will be provided to you. Must have access to doxy.me Telehealth Therapy Platform If 1099-Contract Assessor not independently maintain doxy.me, Advancing Communities Everywhere, LLC holds the right to provide the individual access to the Advancing Communities Everywhere doxy.me domain, where Advancing Communities Everywhere will deduct the amount of $59.99 in the form of Voluntary Payroll Deduction from the last payroll of each month from the payroll issued for the 1099-Contract Clinical Assessor.
1099- Contract Outpatient Therapists-
The 1099-Contract OP Therapists at ACE is an integral position within our Community-Based Crisis Programs. The OP Therapists is responsible for completing OP for our 23-Hour Crisis Stabilization program, as well as Continued Care/Step-Down for clients who are interested in continuing to receive OP with ACE after Discharge from Emergency Crisis care. This position is remote where you will provide us with your daily/weekly assessment availability. I've found that being available at the same time each day is helpful for the organization. For all LMHP-Types, and individuals who do not currently hold a Virginia LMHP, the reimbursement per session/note will be compensated at $30.00 If you are an LMHP, the compensation will be $45.00 per session/note.
