Next week we have a special pop-up Kundalini workshop with Hollie Lansing!

This class is a dynamic blend of rhythmic postures (asana), breathing (pranayama), chanting and sound vibration (mantra), mudra (hand/arm position), and meditation. Each class is centered around a 'kriya’, which is a set of exercises designed to generate a specific result.

A Monarch butterfly stopped to rest at Living Water the other day! These small creatures migrate thousands of miles each year, from Canada and the northern US all the way to Mexico where they spend the winter.

Places like Living Water support their journey with an ample supply of pollinator-friendly native plants. Come walk the gardens to see these amazing beings at work!

This Richmond-based ensemble is uniquely capable of fusing a variety of styles. The group features Zack Cross on keyboards, Living Water's own Grady Tollison on bass, and Aaron Zarrow on drums. They are known for performing a mix of jazz standards, modern covers, and originals. A typical Nucleus Trio set could include anything from Miles Davis to Miley Cyrus.

Their recently released debut album “Nucleiii” is out now!
