River City Sing: songs for Courage meets next Wednesday at 6:30 pm! Sign up here: https://tinyurl.com/songsforcourage

All are invited to join for an evening of community singing: songs are taught line-by-line and on the spot in a "repeat after me" style, sometimes with harmonium or drum. Come experience the magic of creating music together in a low-pressure circle, where each voice is welcome just as it is. (And, there's a special tea blend created by one of our singers!)

This Sunday at 6:30 pm, join Barb, certified sound healer, spiritual integration coach, and owner of Ceiba Spirit Coaching & Wellness, for an immersive sound bath in the Living Water Meditation Hall.

Barb weaves grounding, guided meditation, and vibrational sound—including crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic sound‑healing instruments—to help you return to your body, soften your nervous system, and access expanded states of consciousness. This session invites you to settle, open, and journey inward — held by sound, intuition, and the wisdom already within you.

Next month, Amanda Westlake will be hosting an Anti-Inflammatory Living Workshop!

We will discuss the inflammatory process, its impact on health, lifestyle modifications that decrease inflammation, and the positive impact of even small changes. We'll explore the cultural aspects of Blue Zones- communities where anti-inflammatory behaviors are the "default," and the intention required to incorporate these practices into our modern lifestyles. This workshop will include journaling, sharing and discussion.
