Recognizing the vast and increasing role of the apartment industry in providing quality housing, the members of the Coastal Georgia Apartment Association (previously the Greater Savannah Apartment Association) have united for the purpose of improving the services and conditions of the apartment industry. The members of this Association proudly and publicly assume the responsibility of providing ad

equate and desirable accommodations and facilities for the enjoyment of apartment residents. We recognize our duty to the public, owners and managers and shall ever be mindful of our obligations to all regulations governing the free enterprise system. Not only do we wish to advance the general welfare of the local rental housing industry, but we also cooperate with the National Apartment Association and its affiliated associations. The members disseminate useful information to other members and inspire them to further educate themselves in the practical feature of their apartment operations.
