Three Rivers Folklife Society is proud to present Sofia Talvik in concert. Sofia comes originally from Sweden, lives now in Germany, and is currently on a long tour of North America. Sofia was one of our Saturday Night Concert headliners in 2023.

From the quiet forests of Sweden to the bustling streets and small-town venues across the United States, Sofia Talvik has shared her songs in 49 of the 50 U.S. states — as well as on numerous tours in Europe. But it’s not the numbers that define her; it’s the heart she pours into every note, the stories she carries, and the connections she forges with real people wherever she goes.

Trillium-239 has been described as the harmonic equivalent of peanut butter and jelly; distinctly different and perfectly complementary. Their original songs and intricate harmonies have enticed audiences across the Northwest. Strong vocals and tight harmonies continue to be the signature of their high energy performances.

Janet Humphrey and Mary Hartman joined forces in the mid '90s. Cellist Michelle Cameron joined them in 2003. Hartman and Humphrey are both prolific and award-winning songwriters and accomplished guitarists. Mary also plays banjo and banjovi. Janet also plays percussion including spoons. Michelle also sometimes plays in the symphony, hangs out with shanty singers, and often accompanies folksinger Hank Cramer.

Trillium-239 in concert on Saturday, February 21st, 2026 at 7:30pm, at All Saints’ Episcopal Church, 1322 Kimball Ave., Richland, WA 99354. Park in the back and enter through the basement door.
