We are seeking a Grants and Donor Relations Specialist to support our fundraising efforts through grant writing, donor stewardship, and engagement initiatives. This role plays a critical part in securing funding, maintaining strong donor relationships, and ensuring consistent, meaningful communication that supports the organization’s mission and growth.

Position Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt (30 hours/week)

Last night was a special one for our community in more ways than one.

We were honored to celebrate our very own Brandy Hickey as she received a 2026 People of Influence Award from the Tri-City Journal of Business, alongside so many inspiring leaders who are shaping our region. It was a privilege to be recognized in a room full of thought leaders, culture creators, and trailblazers doing incredible work in our community.

At the same time across town, we were also celebrating with many of you at our Business After Hours event with the Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce. Friends, partners, volunteers, staff, and community advocates joined us on campus to mark the finish line of our transition from Senior Life Resources to Generational Care. The support in the room was truly felt by everyone.

We could not be in both places at once, but it was meaningful to know we were celebrating with our community in two places at the same time.

Moments like these remind us that none of this work happens alone. Everything we do is only possible because of the dedication of our staff, volunteers, supporters, and the incredible clients we are honored to serve every day.
