Do you live on Broadmoor between Leslie and Greenbriar and have an exterior camera? If so, one of our neighbors can use your help!

Last night (2/21/25) roughly sometime between 7-9 p.m. there was a hit-and-run that caused significant damage to a vehicle parked on the street. The likely culprit is a white Honda based on the damage left behind.

If you think you might have footage please message us! Thank you!!!

Great news! The Washington State Court of Appeals just released their ruling on the challenge to the Hearing Examiner’s approval for the Willowbrook Apartments site plan. In short, the court reversed the site plan approval, and has sent it back to the Hearing Examiner for additional evidence and a new decision. Neighbors, we’ve had a few incidents of vandalism in the neighborhood the past few nights, including the smashing of pumpkins. Even more troubling, residents along Broadmoor Street had their Halloween blow-up displays damaged. People in a low-riding car slit all of their inflatables; this has been reported to RPD. Richland police have informed us that they will add more random patrols to the area. We ask that everyone stay vigilant and report any suspicious activity to both the HOA and RPD. In addition, if anyone has any camera footage (particularly on Broadmoor near the park) that you can share with RPD to help their investigation, it will be greatly appreciated!
