The Meadow Springs Second Nine Homeowners Association is an organization dedicated to supporting the Meadow Springs Second Nine neighborhood in Richland, Washington. The properties in the Association are located along or near the second nine holes of Meadow Springs Country Club golf course. The Meadow Springs Second Nine Homeowners Association, Inc. is made up of an Executive Board who is elected Meadow Springs Second Nine residents. We are a volunteer organization with no paid staff. Every Meadow Springs Second Nine property owner is automatically a Member of the Association and membership is mandatory. Members are responsible for dues that may be assessed by the Association. Membership in the Association ceases when the property in Meadow Springs Second Nine is sold. Because we are a voluntary organization, we count on the support of every member to preserve and protect the amenities of this beautiful and unique residential area.
