look up what to celebrate this month ... Hispanic heritage , German American , Mental health , cyber security month , disability , domestic vio. and more !! we could spend each day typing something and yet accidently leave something out and offend someone ... so we just don't ...... oh we care , more than most probably , but like a big family , we don't pick one kid over another just to make ourselves look good ... hey , have a great day , God bless.

the NY Post reports on yet another hayride accident , 19 riders with 14 injured ( 3 critical ) . Early investigation says SPEED was the main factor . So we will pray for those people .......we will also continue to get laughed at by thrill seekers for our slow speed and low capacity carts .

every Sunday Take Heart Counseling & Equine Assisted Therapy shares an inspirational message .... this week's message fits us well as you notice how many churches we support .... we want churches to stay open so you have a place to go and we want Take Heart to stay open so you have a place to go... all in our mental wellness mission

The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble.
~Psalm 9:9

happy to announce we were invited back to Saint John's Lutheran Church for the good ole 'Trunk or Treat' Halloween thing later in October ,,,, This promotes safe Halloween fun for the little ones in their busy area ,,,and to steal a line I heard "A good Church is the cornerstone of a solid community"

5 years at the Swamp ... now for a little story : why the small tractor this time ? well as you can see for years we were on the grass . So with the early morning rains the grass was saturated and the ground very soft . We had fears of the big tractor ruining the grass so we opted for a smaller lighter one . Once we arrived to our surprise the parking lot was pretty much open . Sadly it was open due to poor attendance . The lawn was safe , the rain ended , a few rides happened , but the food sales that support the Swamp Church food bank were extremely low . Pastor Scott came and spoke with us and we spoke of the bummer of a day and ended with hope for a better turnout and nicer weather next year . As he parted , I said "God bless" to him and he replied " God bless YOU" .... pleas go back and see the pictures from yesterday and see what our donors help create ..we can't do this without you !!
