VFW Riders Group, District 3, Wisconsin The VFW Riders Group offers VFW and Auxiliary members, and support members, the ability to share their love of riding with fellow veterans and comrades.

On July 15, 2018 the Veterans of Foreign Wars, District Three, Wisconsin approved the District Three VFW Riders Group. We are a riding group, and that is what we do. The VFW Riders Group is an equal partnership between the VFW and Auxiliary Members in good standing, and support members, who also enjoy motorcycles. Trough the love of riding, we support the Mission of the VFW. Through fundraising, w

e support Veterans charities and the community. The VFW Riders Group honors and supports all veterans. The VFW Riders Group is not a Motorcycle Club. Instead, it is a riding group under the Veterans of Foreign Wars, District Three, Wisconsin. VFW rides are open to qualified VFW and Auxiliary members, as well as non-member supporters. Each rider is required to have a Motorcycle, a valid driver's license endorsement, and up-to-date insurance. Riders are allowed to have a passenger as appropriate. National is proposing a "national" patch -- they want us to be a national riders group, like the CVMA. I like the VFW Riders because our patches represent the local post or district; the point is to increase membership at the local level. Current rider groups MAY be grandfathered in -- but for how long? ALL new rider groups would need to wear the national patch. Join the discussion. Let those at national know what you think.
