Scouting truly equips kids for all situations. Luckily the scouts and adults will all be able to walk away from this and were able to help.

The train went off the tracks Monday afternoon after hitting a dump truck that was blocking a public crossing.

Better weather brings opportunity for the Scouts to get out and help. Looking for anybody in need of assistance with a cleanup or conservation project. Ideas can include, but not limited to:
-garbage pickup
-brush removal
-making a trail
-light construction
-assisting with an event

Please let me know if your organization needs any assistance. If you know of an elderly person who needs yardwork completed, that is also something we are more than able to accomplish.

The Troop provided concessions for the Pine River Association Gun Show. It is not only a great fundraiser, but a great experience for the kids. A lot of people at the gunshow have scout and military experience and loved to share stories and knowledge with the kids.
