The STARS have had an outstanding performance at the Clay Target State S***t Championship, the best showing in program history!

Highlights from our athletes on the team:
⭐ Nina Slingsby '26 scored 95/100 to take 1st Place overall for females and scored a perfect 50/50 in her second round.
⭐ Ben Citron '29 scored 94/100 and a perfect 50/50 in his first round.
⭐ Josh Nelson '27 scored 44/50 and 45/50 for 89/100.
⭐ Nick Citron '30 scored 40/50 and 47/50=87/100.
⭐ Charlotte Wagner '30 scored 33/50, 32/50 for 65, and took 3rd for Novice female.

AHA Track and Field coach Mike Anderson is retiring after 10 seasons. He has volunteered as our distance coach at Holy Angels for the last decade and was recently named the Section 3AA Assistant Coach of the Year! ⭐👟

During his time at AHA, Coach Mike has helped countless students find a lifelong love for the sport and reach their highest potential. We are incredibly grateful for his hard work and dedication to our athletes! Go STARS!

After 33 incredible seasons, Steve Werle has retired from coaching boys and girls tennis, leaving a tremendous mark on the program. ⭐🎾

Coach Werle believes that tennis is the most civilized of all high school sports because it always begins with love, it requires everyone to serve, and it depends upon the honor system. He is most proud of the relationships he has formed with hundreds of young student-athletes.

We are grateful for his decades of service to the program! Go STARS!
