Get Your Rear in Gear - Twin Cities Get Your Rear in Gear - Twin Cities is an annual 5K run/walk hosted by the Colon Cancer Coalition with help from local volunteers.

When you donate to or fundraise for Get Your Rear in Gear - Twin Cities, your money makes a difference right here at home to support early-onset CRC research, food for CRC patients and their families, caregiver counseling, CRC awareness campaigns, events such as the MCCRF Gala and the Many Faces of Community Health that raise funds for colorectal research and health equity in underserved populations, financial grants for CRC patients in active treatment, and MORE!
