The Wyldire Foundation began in 2022 to honor the shared life and love of Corey J. Corey died at age 45 in August 2022 of pancreatic cancer, but fought until his last days to leave a legacy that would make the world a better place and to nurture the things he and Rachel cherished. It also captures the spirit of boldness and courage in lighting a spark for good, that under the right conditions, can spread quickly and powerfully throughout communities and lives. Mission: The Wyldfire Foundation serves conservation, artistic creativity and art therapy, animal welfare (especially for canines from sporting and working breeds), education, and justice.
