🎉 Congratulations to the winners of our 2025/2026 open house raffles! 🎉

Our mission at Abington Lines is to expand the hobby of model railroading to our many visitors, and our raffles are a great way for us to give back to both newcomers to the hobby, and experienced modelers!

We’d like to thank everyone who visited our layout and donated to us during our 5 open house weekends! We look forward to seeing everyone again next season!

Special thanks to our friends at Henning's Trains for supplying a gift certificate to our raffle!

Over the weekend, our club welcomed in members of the Philadelphia Division 3, MER, NMRA and the Susquehanna Division NMRA as part of their joint meet held in Southampton!

Our club was one of several layouts in the area that allowed fellow modelers to enjoy our display up close and personal. We had a great turnout with many members immensely enjoying our layout!

A special thanks to all of the NMRA members who visited and donated towards our club!

Abington Lines will be hosting its final open house weekend of the season this Saturday and Sunday! Stop by and see our 600 square foot HO and HOn3 scale model railroad featuring numerous trains running, diverse landscapes, and realistic cities and towns!

If you missed our holiday open houses, don’t worry. We’ll be back on February 7th and 8th for our final open house weekend of the season!

All of us at Abington Lines are deeply saddened to learn about the passing of Andrew Goldberg.

Andrew was a member of our club for several years, and also managed our page. He had an undeniable passion for both model and real railroading, and his passing will forever leave a void in our club. Our deepest condolences go out to his family and friends.

Today, our railroad family grieved as we learned of the passing of Andrew Goldberg, one of our kindest, energetic, and passionate Trainmen.

At just 20 years old, Andrew embodied the very spirit of the heritage railroad industry, channeling his deep love of railroad history into creating memorable experiences for thousands of passengers from around the world. Above all, his infectious smile brought out the best in everyone he worked with.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and colleagues during this profoundly difficult time.

❄️ Despite waking up to almost 6 inches of snow, the trains still ran today at Abington Lines!

🏠 We’d like to thank all of our visitors that beat the frigid temperatures with us today inside our warm clubhouse. It takes more than snow to derail the fun at our layout! 🚂

🗓️ If you missed us this weekend, we’ll be back in time for Christmas break on the 27th and 28th. We’ll also be hosting some open houses in early 2026 if the holidays have your schedule filled.
