I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. I miss seeing everyone. Hopefully in 2021 we will be able to have a normal Toastmasters meeting.

My one word for 2021 is "EXPAND". I want to expand on my career by embracing this opportunity I have been given. Expand on my Oak Cliff Ploggers group to make an impact in the community. Expand Keep Oak Cliff Beautiful by making it a non profit to help spread pride in our community.

"Deams come True" was our theme of the day for the December 9th meeting. "Yearning" was our word of the day. Kudos to Distinguished toastmaster Nimi Iyalla-Ipaye for picking such a beautiful theme. Lesson out of this meeting is that we always have to strive hard and then be pensive towards our goals and dreams, one fine day they will all become true! Congratulations to the winners of the night!

Toastmaster of the November month is our toastmaster Casey Dennis! Casey is an experienced pharmacist who wants to accomplish his goals of improved public speaking and joined our club He always filled with a lot of energy and enthusiasm!

"Happiness at Work" was our theme of the day for the December 2nd meeting. Our aggregate well being depends both on professional life and personal life. Happiness at work is quite essential to lead a peaceful and meaningful life. Kudos to toastmaster Mario Munoz for picking such a relevant theme. Congratulations to the winners of the night!

"Quid Pro Quo" was our theme of the day for the November 25th meeting. "Establish" was our word of the day. Nothing in this life is for free and we need to pay a price for everything that we want on this planet, this is exactly what our venerable toastmaster of the day Venkatesh Kurvari established with a wonderful theme.
