Today we tip our hats (and probably a lawn chair or two) to the dads who’ve mastered the art of grilling, storytelling, and fixing absolutely everything with nothing but a toolbox, duct tape, and sheer confidence. 🔧🔥

Behind every strong, trailblazing woman is a dad or father figure who proudly cheered her on from ballet recitals to boardroom pitches and who never flinched when she said, “I’m going to change the world.” 💼🌍
