This Mental Health Awareness Month make a custom Self-Care Kit for when you need it!!
Here are some inspirations of what to place in your Self-Care Kit. The idea is to fill it with grounding activities to self-soothe through engaging all 5 senses, based on the 5-4-3-2-1 grounding technique. Then, you can use the box whenever you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or just needing to regulate your nervous system.
