30 Under 30 6th Annual Latino/Native American Recognition Awards On Sept. 22, 2012, Assemblymember Wilmer Amina Carter will recognize 30 young Latino/Native Americans who are making extraordinary community contributions.

Each September, to coincide with Native American Week and Hispanic Heritage Month, the 30 Under 30 Latino/Native American Recognition Awards will honor 30 individuals under the age of 35 who are making extraordinary contributions to our community. Through their talent, skill, imagination and achievements, these individuals demonstrate what is possible through passion, dedication and hard work. On

September 22, 2012, the honorees will be recognized at a breakfast at Cal State University San Bernardino attended by elected officials, community leaders and family members. Assemblymember Carter welcomes your nominations by August 7. Her Nominating Committee will select the honorees and notify them by Monday, August 13.
