Spring trash pick up this afternoon. I want to thank all of our BWRE neighbors for keeping the trash clean in front of your property! Didn’t find much trash inside BWRE. I found most of the trash along Burr Hill Road in front of both entrances to BWRE.

Trash pickup in the neighborhood, as well as along Burr Hill Road in front of our neighborhood, today was a success. Thank you to our entire neighborhood for keeping the trash picked up. 1/2 bag from inside the neighborhood and 1 1/2 bags from Burr Hill Road.

Good Evening All:

Very sorry, not sure what is happening with the mail, but we mailed our Annual Meeting Notices last week Friday and they still have not been delivered. Please join us this Thursday (July 20, 2023) from 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Lafayette Station (26322 Constitution Highway, Rhoadesville, VA 22542 for our HOA Annual Meeting. Hope to see you there. We had a young man named Adam knock on our door just a little bit ago. He told me he was working with some of my neighbors and named a couple. I checked with one of the persons he named and he did not choose to use his pest services.
I tracked Adam down in our neighborhood and asked him for a card or something to prove he was legit. He gave me a Frontline brochure.
I have checked his business out and it is legit. I did not use his services either, however Frontline is a legit company if you should decide to use their services.
