Help Us Build a Playground at Pelican Elementary!

🙌 We’re so grateful for the generous support we’ve received for upgrades to the Aspirus Fitness Center at Rhinelander High School! Those donations are making a real difference for our students.

Now, we need your help with another important project. Pelican Elementary is currently the only District elementary school without a modern playground.

Upgrading the playground would provide students with a safe, accessible and age-appropriate space for outdoor learning, play and recreation. 💚 ☀

We’re working to make this project a reality, but we still need help reaching our fundraising goal. Every donation brings us one step closer!

👏 Thank you to Klinner Insurance for their donation toward the upgrades to the Aspirus Fitness Center!

“We are incredibly proud to support the Aspirus Fitness Center Project with a $1,500 sponsorship. The lessons learned through athletics and fitness, including perseverance, dedication, teamwork, and resilience, help shape young people into future leaders. Investing in facilities that support our students is an investment in the future of our community, and we are grateful for the opportunity to be part of this important project.”

Thank you, Klinner Insurance, for supporting our students and helping strengthen the future of our community! 💚 💪

🙌 We’re extending a huge thank you to Culver’s and the Clark family for their generous donation to the Aspirus Fitness Center Campaign!

“We believe athletics teach lifelong skills, and that hard work in any pursuit can help young people reach their goals. This weight room improvement will give students a dedicated space to train, grow stronger, and better themselves—no matter the sport or activity they choose.”

The Hodag Schools Foundation is incredibly grateful for the support of community partners who believe in investing in our students. Gifts like this make a meaningful difference and help make projects like this possible.

Thank you, Clark family and Rhinelander Culver’s, for supporting our students and our community! 💚💪

Wisconsin ranks #4 for physical activity among children - that’s something to be proud of! 💪

America’s Health Rankings indicates 24.9% of Wisconsin children ages 6-17 were physically active at least 60 minutes every day - 6% higher than the national average. Healthy habits start early, especially during the school years. We’re proud to fundraise for projects that help keep our children moving, including new playground equipment at Pelican Elementary, and upgrades to the High School Fitness Center.

Investing in active, healthy kids is an investment in the future of our Hodags! 💚
