Did you know that spending 15-20 minutes a day outdoors in natural light can reduce stress and anxiety. Also creative art can help lower cortisol levels and improve your focus.

Well come join us for a creative art filled hike around Mills Mansion. Bring a camera, your phone or pad for painting or drawing. Spend time hiking a trail or sitting on the banks of the Hudson River. Learn a few new skills from fellow First Responders or teach a few of yours.

Event is free, we do ask you to RSVP for a head count for refreshments.
