On Armed Forces Day, we honor the service and leadership of military engineers who strengthen communities at home and around the world. The ASCE Foundation’s Military Engineer Leadership Fund helps ASCE Younger Members who are active-duty uniformed service members attend the ASCE Younger Member Leadership Symposium.

Last week, we joined 265+ ASCE members for the 2026 Legislative Fly-In !

Representing 48 states and Puerto Rico, these met with Congressional offices to advocate for the that supports our daily lives. From rural roads to city bridges, civil engineering touches everyone.

Last weekend, Phil was thrilled to join members in Reno, Nevada, for the final of the year!

It was an impactful few days as civil engineers from Regions 8 & 9 gathered to hone skills like strategic leadership and effective communication.

The Foundation is proud to highlight the Military Engineering Leadership Fund. The fund was established last year in collaboration with Lt. Col. Robert Wolff to support young military engineers' participation in ASCE leadership development opportunities.
