My mom is one of those people. She’s my comfort, my strength, my biggest supporter, and one of the greatest blessings in my life. No matter how old I get, I’ll always need that love only a mama can give.

THE LEGACY CONTINUES AND WE’RE JUST GETTING STARTED!

The Viola E. Telfair Legacy Foundation was created with a heart for education, service, our youth, and our community.

One of the programs we are proud to have is our Bless a Teacher Program, where we recognize, encourage, and support the educators who pour so much into our children every day.

But our work doesn’t stop there!

We are working on more programs, activities, outreach, and opportunities for the youth and families in our community. Our desire is to be present, serve where there is a need, encourage our young people, support education, and continue building a stronger community together.

This Foundation carries forward the legacy of Viola E. Telfair, who believed:
