Republic Town Hall & Opera House

Through volunteer renovation efforts, a structural issue with the Town Hall was discovered. Erring on the side of caution and public safety, Village Council closed the Hall to the public. These repairs have recently been estimated at $1-2 million dollars. Volunteers are still working to find grants and private funding sources for the repairs; however, the Village may demolish the building if funding cannot be identified. We are looking for Historic Renovation folks, grant writers and structural engineer(s)/firms for assistance. Please contact us if you have any information, in sight or interest. Thank you!

Wow! What a day. Over 120 people were attendance at the Republic Cooking Show. Food, fun, family, and friends-who could ask for anything more!
