Pack 455 2023 family camp out at Lake Wenatchee!

We learned about the six essentials, we practiced water safety and how to tie knots. We learned about constellations and about some common dangerous wild plants and animals and how to handle encounters.

The local fire station gave us a demonstration on how fire fighters stop wildfires; the kids got to try on the gear and meet Smokey the Bear! They asked lots of great questions and now know more about fire prevention, too!

We had a great deal of fun watching the Perseid meteor shower and listening to the wind in the trees

A special moment for our pack as they were the color guard for the Seattle Thunderbirds hockey game tonight! They displayed all the attributes of a scout and above all were reverent and brave during the ceremony. I cannot begin to say how proud we are of all of our scouts and how they represented our pack! You all were so awesome!

2022/2023 Tree collection. All the trees got picked up! Thank you to all who came out to help, especially with trucks and trailers! And thank you to those that donated. The scout appreciated every tree and dollar!

The tree collection has begun!

Pack 455 is collecting Christmas trees in your area on 01/07/2023! The suggested donation is $15-20 but any amount is welcome. All proceeds go directly to our pack to provide for fun, educational activities and experiences for our Cubs. Thank you for your support!

Happy New Year! Our Christmas Tree Fundraiser is this Saturday! We will be picking up your unflocked trees in the Fairwood area or you can bring your tree to us at the Fairwood Safeway parking lot from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. You can make a donation to our pack at https://tinyurl.com/pack455trees or in person at the event.
