If anyone has been on the fence about buying one of these, they’re on sale at the Walmart in Renton for $118!!!!! Online says $197 but go into the store and in the outdoor section there’s still about 6 left. The 36in is also on sale for $269.

FEHOA neighbors. To help keep our neighborhood beautiful, safe, and welcoming, we want to share a quick reminder about property and yard maintenance responsibilities for all homeowners.

1. Lawn & Landscaping Care - Please keep your yard:
*Mowed regularly
*Free of weeds, overgrowth, and debris
*Landscaped and maintained in an attractive and orderly condition

2. Exterior Property Maintenance - All exterior structures, including your home, fences, and other improvements, must be kept clean, in good repair, and in a neat, visually appealing condition.

3. Trash & Yard Waste - To keep Forest Estates clean and safe:
*Store garbage in proper containers
*Remove yard waste promptly
*Please do not dump rocks, clippings, dirt, or other debris in streets or drainage areas
*Please do not dump or blow clippings, debris or rocks into streets or drainage areas

4. Easement Areas on Your Property - If your lot contains utility or greenbelt easements, please ensure these areas remain maintained and kept clear for drainage and utility access.

5. If Maintenance Is Not Completed - Should a property fall out of compliance after notice, the HOA may perform necessary yard or exterior maintenance, such as mowing, pruning, or cleanup, and any costs will be billed to the homeowner as part of their assessment.
