A new pathway to upward mobility has arrived in Oregon!

The Apprenticeship College of Health (ACH) is expanding into Oregon through a partnership between the Healthcare Training Fund, Reach University, and United We Heal.

Starting with behavioral health, ACH gives working adults in healthcare a way to earn a college degree while continuing to work and earn industry-recognized credentials, without taking on student loan debt.
In Oregon, candidates can work toward their CADC I credential in three semesters, then continue toward a stackable associate degree and CADC II certification, creating a clear and accelerated pathway for career advancement.

With Oregon becoming the second state after Washington to launch ACH, more working adults can build on their existing experience while preparing for what comes next.

Interested? Applications for the Spring 2027 term are now open. Oregon behavioral health workers ready to pursue their degree and advance toward CADC credentials can learn more and apply here: https://healthapprenticeship.org/earn-a-degree/
