As you can see they work closely with the BWI - Building and Wood Workers International Federation and the NUBCW National Union of Building and Construction Workers.

These are some of the women struggling to get women into non traditional trades.
They read our articles, our posts and photos on conferences, marches, rally's, and events.
They make $10.37 a day.

No, tools and what they need to have an edge competing with the men is not dirt cheap there.

Literally, donating an hours wage to the project to help these women, makes a real difference.

Consider talking to your employer, union hall or Tradeswomen org about "Adopt A Sister," outfitting one tradeswoman on the other side of the world.

A fun memory to see go by. ;)

My first cabinet install, Space Needle.... Ah, riding the elevator up and down on breaks just for fun...2000 I think.
I joined the UBC in 98. Had shoulder sockets created in the winter of 99/00 and had to go into finish to keep working.
