During the site visit, Cynthia DeRocher, Behavioral Health Technician Apprentice graduate and mentor, shared “I lived 21 years with severe clinical depression and could hardly get out of bed. That is who I used to be. Not who I am today. I have completely changed and evolved into what I always wanted to be but didn’t have the tools, the skills, the knowledge. That is what this has given me personally, I have gained so much.”
