June is Alzheimer's & Brain Awareness Month, a time to learn more about brain health and support the millions of individuals and families affected by Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.
While there is currently no cure for Alzheimer's, research shows that staying physically active, socially connected, mentally engaged, and maintaining healthy habits may help support brain health as we age.
For caregivers, family members, and friends, understanding dementia is one of the most important ways we can create supportive, compassionate communities for those living with cognitive changes.
