This week at Gratitude Circle, we were honored to hear a traditional Shoshone song shared by Raymond Redner, a longtime participant in the Wellbriety Movement since 1999. Raymond explained that the song is called a Nuwu (Shoshone) song, what he described as a “people’s song.” He also shared that it is a Cloud Song, honoring the clouds that bring rain and sustain life. These moments remind us of the importance of listening, preserving cultural traditions, and learning directly from those who carry them forward. Thank you, Raymond, for sharing your voice, your knowledge, and this beautiful gift with our community.

We had an amazing event this weekend Wildflower On 7th with Jennie Gentry ✨ Cord Cutting + Soul Evolution

We performed one of the best I’ve ever heard, guided, and felt.

Jen did a great job with her and teaching.
