The Progressive Leadership Alliance of Nevada (PLAN)'s Citizenship and Immigration Program works to provide low cost immigration services for the Northern Nevada area. Our director, Rosa Molina, has more than 15 years of experience in the immigration legal field and has received full Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) accrediation to represent clients in immigration proceedings. We also have a pro

bono attorney available should we need any further consultation. Because we are a non-profit with limited resources, we are not able to assist with immigration cases that have a criminal component. We are able to assist with:

-Citizenship
-Family Petitions
-Deferred Action of Childhood Arrivals (DACA 2012)
-DMV Driver Authorization Card - Birth Certificate Translation
-TPS Renewal

We also hold community forums and workshops relating to future immigration reforms/changes
