Kiwanis Club of Reno Sunrisers A local chapter of Kiwanis International, we are devoted to serving the community of Reno/Sparks! Come to a meeting at the Black Bear Diner (2323 S.

The Reno Sunrisers Kiwanis is a local community service organization. Our club specifically:
--Sponsors the Circle K club at the University of Nevada, Reno.
--Sponsors Key Clubs at Damonte and North Valleys High Schools.
--Provide food baskets for families through-out the school years.
--Sponsors a food drive and Hat & Mitten drive for the children at Lois Allen Elementary School during the holid

ays.
--Collects and distributes books for children and adults in various locations in the community including motels, trailer parks, laundromat's.
--Packs food once a month at the Northern Nevada Food Bank.
--Partner with Women & Children's Center of the Sierra Nevada.
--Volunteer with KTMP and the Salvation Army.
--and other special one-time service projects throughout the year. But we are more than just all work, we have regular socials and get togethers! Virginia St.) and check us out! We meet every Friday from 7 to 8 am.
