Girls on the Run Sierras is now welcoming girls in grades 3 to 5 for our Fall 2026 season featuring our brand new Hello, Superstar! curriculum.

This program combines physical activity with lessons that build confidence, strengthen friendships, and develop life skills.

The season culminates in a Celebration 5K at University of Nevada, Reno on November 15.
