Join us on November 15 at the Mackay Stadium at University of Nevada, Reno campus and help create a morning our girls will remember.

Not sure which role to choose? Select “Where you need me!” when you register, and we’ll find a spot for you.

Sometimes, we all need a little reminder.

At Girls on the Run, we believe that caring for your mental health is part of growing into a healthy, confident, and joyful person.

Our program gives girls space to move, connect, reflect, and practice skills they can carry with them beyond each practice. That includes learning how to recognize their feelings, navigate challenges, and believe in themselves.

Today, we’re celebrating with a few reminders we hope every girl, and every grown-up, can carry with them.

Take what you need. 💗
