The Snack bags project is coming back! Please don't forget to donate as many or as little healthy snacks as you can for people in need. We are focusing on healthy snacks for kids at this time. Snack Bags Project:
The H2H "Snack Bags" project provides a healthy snack to people in need. Our goal is to give away 150 snack bags a week to help hungry people in our community. Please help us achieve our goal . Here is a list of items we are always in need of:
- cereal or granola bars
- juice boxes
- crackers
- cheese sticks
- fresh fruit
- toiletries
- peanut butter & jelly
- bread
- apple sauce or fruit cups
- sandwich bags
- snack bags
- brown bags

CALLING ALL VOLUNTEERS
Help us make a difference for homeless youth in our community.

Join Our Cause: Help the Homeless Youth in Reno
Nevada Youth Empowerment Project, on behalf of the RAAH YS, is coordinating the HUD 2013 Homeless Youth Point in Time Count in order to have an accurate count of homeless youth within our community, as well as needs and circumstances information.

We need all the support, help, and volunteers as we can get. There are various jobs, including:
Shift Supervisor
Youth Supervisor
Event Set-up and Break-down
Recreation/Entertainment
Outreach
Youth Volunteer (18-24 years old)
Food/Beverages
Picking up Event Supplies
The Count will be held of January 24th from 12pm-12am. Each volunteer will have a shift with a set number of hours determined for that job.

Hello happy 2 helpers!

Next Saturday June 30th is the Annual Homeless event organized by "We Care Volunteers" and we need your help:

- We need volunteers to help make 300 snack bags for the homeless
- We need volunteers to hand out the snack bags at the event
- And what we need the most is: SNACKS FOR THE "SNACK BAGS"!!!!!!!!! granola bars, apple sauce, juice boxes, crackers, chips, cheese sticks, any kind of snacks are welcomed!
