One of our 2025 Holiday Guest Chorus participants described High Desert Harmony as: “Open, inviting.”

That’s exactly what we want Guest Chorus to feel like.

You’ll spend five weeks singing, learning, laughing, meeting people and discovering what it feels like when a room full of individual voices starts creating one sound together.

Some guests come because they miss singing.
Some come because a friend talked them into it.
Some haven’t made music in years.

And some finish the program thinking, Wait…I don’t want this to be over.

Several of our members were able to attend Fall AIM in Sacramento and bring lots of great information back to our chorus. Lauren, Tiffany, and Autumn were honored as first time attendees! Performances by the award winning quartet "Game Time," were enjoyed by all.

It was a wonderful weekend of learning new skills at our "Coaching with Caitlin" event. We were able to have lots of fun, apply new skills, improve on old ones, bond together, and improve personally and as a chorus. We were honored by a visit from Pat LeVezu who offered us some valuable words of wisdom. Thank you Amy, Caitlin, and Pat for your time, knowledge and ideas you shared with the chorus this weekend.

High Desert Harmony is incredibly grateful to the Nevada Arts Council for awarding us a Project Grant for Organizations in support of High Desert Holidays 2026.

This support helps us bring our holiday show to life and continue creating joyful, high-quality a ca****la experiences for our Northern Nevada community. We’re so thankful for the Nevada Arts Council’s investment in local artists and arts organizations, and for helping make opportunities like High Desert Holidays possible.

High Desert Harmony’s FREE Holiday Guest Chorus is back. Spend five Monday evenings learning three holiday songs with us, then join HDH onstage for our December holiday concert.

No audition. No previous experience required. Just bring your voice and a willingness to make some music.

We enjoyed performing a Mr.Roger's themed concert this year for our summer show, "Harmony in the Park." Game Time Quartet was our very special guest along with Thomas Fleming our amazing emcee as Mr. Rogers. He was the genuine article. Game Time even put on a pre-concert workshop. Thanks to everyone who was a part of our audience! It was a very enjoyable and special afternoon.
