Congrats!!!

David Greenhalgh, M.D., chief of burns at Shriners Hospitals for Children — Northern California, is the new president-elect of the International Society of Burn Injuries (ISBI).

“I am honored to have an opportunity to serve an organization that plays such a pivotal role in advancing burn care around the globe. The collaborative work initiated by ISBI members has led to the development of many protocols and procedures that improve the delivery of burn care and outcomes for burn survivors,” Dr. Greenhalgh said. “I am extremely proud of the active role my colleagues at Shriners Hospital also play in the ISBI.” Learn more at: https://bit.ly/2CoO8kk

Kerak Shriners

Since 1907 the Kerak Shrine's name and its fez have been synonymous with wholesome fun, convivial fellowship, and the cheerful support of good causes. The Shrine numbers in its members outstanding leaders in virtually every walk of the political, economic, educational, social, civil, religious, and cultural side of life. It is an organization noted for having fun, but its constructive purposes, characterized by "hospitality without rudeness and jollity without coarseness."
