The Food Bank of Northern Nevada is seeking an experienced fundraising leader to join its team and advance its mission to connect families and individuals with the food and resources they need to thrive.

This leadership role will partner closely with the Chief Philanthropy Officer to drive fundraising strategy, steward donor relationships, lead a high-performing development team, and support long-term philanthropic growth.

Key Highlights:
🔹 Director or Senior Director level placement based on experience
🔹 Leadership of fundraising strategy and donor engagement
🔹 Management of a development team
🔹 Salary Range: $76,627–$104,000 DOE
🔹 Comprehensive benefits package

The Food Bank of Northern Nevada will fill this role at either the Director of Development or Senior Director of Development level, depending on the selected candidate's experience and qualifications.
