UPDATE ON ZIGGY ❣️ Last weekend, we had so many followers share him, which helped us find a foster!
Well, yesterday, Ziggy was ADOPTED by this sweet family. They fell in love with him. 🐾

It’s was very selfless act of love ♥️ for the family to foster; it saved his life. The family's children reinforced how good Ziggy was with kids, which ultimately helped him find his forever family.
💙 We all want to take the time to thank both the foster family and his adopter. We are so happy for him. Thank you for surrounding him with love and making him feel special. You all made such a difference for him, and we are so grateful!

Hi friends!! 👋
We have someone in the community who could use some help. They are facing a very tough situation and need to rehome 3 amazing dogs. We are not here to judge, we are here to help.
(Dogs are not in the shelter)

The dogs can be adopted separately.

All dogs can be brought UTD on vaccines before adoption and will transfer all vet information with each! Also, please have your vet information available.

We also wanted to mention that Rockingham County Animal Shelter offers low-cost spay/neuter vouchers that may be helpful for the two dogs who are not yet fixed! 🐾 For more information about the voucher program and eligibility, feel free to message us or contact the shelter directly!

UPDATE! Oh my goodness what a blessing! Our sweet boy Dallas has not only found a foster but possibly a foster to adopt!! That means for now we will update if his status changes, but it seems he may have found his forever home!! Thank you to Melissa for taking him home for the night and testing him all the while getting a break from the shelter. Thank you to all the volunteers that helped get him seen, took time with him to share his story. Thank you to everyone who shared his posts!! Thank you to his foster/adopter we are just thrilled for this sweet senior! We cannot wait to get updates on Dallas to hopefully share them with you all!

When you adopt from the shelter, your new best friend will get spayed/neutered and microchipped—all included! 🐾 All pets are up to date on vaccines!

If you have your heart set on a certain dog and don’t see them in the general kennel area, just let one of the staff members know— they will be happy to bring them out to meet you. 💙

(We are volunteers, we do not work at the shelter)
