That’s a wrap on Summer Camp 2026 at BJP! Take a look at some of the stats from the season ➡️
The days were long but the weeks passed by so quickly! Summer camp was in session for 46 days (that’s 8 weeks of the summer!) 🗓️
There were 817 campers that joined us this summer. Thanks for coming and spending time at camp! 🏕️
4-H groups from 45 different counties in NC visited BJP. We appreciate all the hard work done by 4-H Agents, PA’s and volunteers who helped make it happen! 🍀
We had 40 staff members living and working at camp. 25 were returning staff, 11 used to attend BJP as campers, & 4 are from another country! 🗺️
We did so many fun activities! 134 archery classes! 🏹
We did so many fun activities! 98 crafts classes! 🎨
We did so many fun activities! 96 climbing wall classes! 🧗♂️
We did so many fun activities! 58 canoe classes! 🛶
We did so many fun activities! 42 goat husbandry classes! 🐐

71 campfires were lit; that’s a lot of firewood! 🪵
877 s’mores were made throughout the summer. That’s 27 bags of marshmallows, 146 bars of chocolate, & 98 packs of graham crackers! 🍫
There were countless learning experiences, friendships made & memories created! 🫶
