UPDATE

Finally signed the listing agreement from Century 21. Been a long two months with steps required by Lawyers and then the back and forth with Lawyers and Realtor.

It is now in our realtors hands to sell the property. Listing price $385,000.00.

Update of Dissolution/Sale of Swim Club

We have sold majority of our assets to local individuals and pools. This keeps money in our operating account to payout the bills remaining at this time.

Have met with our lawyers twice who are from the firm Brooks Pierce. Have submitted paperwork required/requested from firm and have signed the agreement for them to represent the Swim Club.

Have secured Century 21 The Knowles Team to be our realtor in the sale. Just sent the License Agreement from The Knowles Team to our lawyers to review and approve. Once approved, we will officially put the Swim Club on the market to be sold.

Update - June 13, 2025

I have secured a realtor and am talking with a lawyer who specialize in non-profit issues. I will be putting items on facebook market place in the coming days to sell. We have sent out all refund checks the past two weeks and are now in a holding pattern waiting on directions from the lawyers.

We will have a Late Night Swim on Saturday, July 27th, from 5:00 to 11:00. Guests fees for this late night swim will be $2.00 and we will order some pizza's around 5:30. Get 2 slices of pizza, drink, and a dessert for $3.00.

Mid Season Memberships - Starting Sunday, July 21st, we will be offering both family and single memberships at prorated prices. The following are the prices for July:

July 21 Family $417.86 and Single $246.43
July 28 Family $360.72 and Single $217.86
Have interested individuals go to the website and fill out the application and the price will be adjusted when they submit the application.

Starting at 5:00 this Saturday, guest fees will be reduced to $2.00. How about some Pizza for supper? $3.00 a person for pizza, drink, and a dessert. I will order pizza at 5:30 based on the number of members/guests at that time. Enjoy swimming under the lights till 11:00.

Memorial Day Cookout!

It started thundering in pool area and we have several small cells coming thru so the pool is closed for the rest of the evening.
