Bikeworks Time Trial

Well hello there my friend. Not sure if you know this, but you’re kind of a big deal around here so I thought I’d let you know that the Bikeworks Summer Time Trial will begin June 25th this year and run for 6 consecutive weeks on Thursday night. We are returning to the later start date so that we do not conflict with the Ten Speed Spokes Longest Day of the year ride (as it suddenly decided to return to the calendar last year), and to ensure that we finish before August when daylight really begins to wane. We sincerely hope you will plan on making this years TT series a part of your calendar, so pencil in June 25th! You can expect all the usual fun plus a few new twists, more information will be fourth coming. Hope to see y’all soon, till then, Stay Classy Southern New England cyclists.

Week 7 Draft results - the new course proved to be a bit faster than the usual with folks posting very comparable and competitive times, and 7 Best Times for the series!

Some lead changes here in the final week so please review your results and let me know if you have any questions.

Once results go final we’ll post our series winners next week. Thanks for another great event last night, we really enjoyed it and hope you did too.

Last TT this week - New Route!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Due to construction on Peck St we unfortunately will not be able to use our usual route for the last time trial this Thursday 7/17.

Here are the new details for this week:
1. Same start location and time. Arrive @575 Tremont st Rehoboth MA @5:45pm to check in. Mandatory pre-race directions at 5:55pm, line up promptly at 6.
2. Download and use the gps route below to navigate from the staging area, through the new KOM timing segment, and all the way to the end point where refreshments and raffle will be. Pictured is the new KOM segment on Strava we will be using in case you want to pre-ride and see actual start and finish locations for the segment. But these WILL BE MARKED and staffed for the event!
3. If you wish to park at the finish, the nearest address to the power line area is 80 Reynolds Ave Rehoboth MA.

As always we will have course marshalls on route to point you in the right direction and we expect this new route to be fast and fun!

Yoooouuuur Week 6 Bikeworks Time Trial standings are IN!

We had another fun night at the TT and for a few folks who powered through the cool and misty conditions, they were rewarded with a PR, or taking over the top spot in their division!

So, please review the results to make sure you are represented properly, and of course message me direct with any questions or corrections.

Thanks to everyone who made it out last night. ONLY ONE MORE TT LEFT THIS SEASON, so hopefully see you next week for the season finale!
